suitcase - holding weights at the sides

front rack - holding weights up at the chest

back rack - holding weight on the back of shoulders

mixed rack - one arm holding weight at the chest/shoulders, the other arm holding the weight at the hips
goblet - holding a single weight with both hands at the chest

landmine - holding a barbell by one end while the other end is connected to a lever

bicyclist - toes on the ground with heels elevated
high kneeling - kneeling on both knees and keeping the torso engaged

half kneeling - kneeling on one leg

sumo stance - feet beyond shoulder width apart with arms holding the load between the legs

standard stance - feet shoulder width apart with arms holding the load just outside the knees
